EasyText Privacy Policy

EasyText collects account information, business registration details, brand and campaign approval details, contacts uploaded by customers, message metadata, consent records, delivery events, replies, and usage analytics needed to operate the service.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, device data, log events, and cookie/session data for security, fraud prevention, support, and product reliability.

We use information to provide messaging tools, authenticate users, manage sender registration, process SMS and email activity, maintain suppression and opt-out lists, troubleshoot delivery, prevent abuse, and support customer accounts.

We do not sell personal information. Customer contact data is processed on behalf of the customer that uploaded or submitted it.

EasyText stores consent and opt-out records so that recipients who reply STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another recognized opt-out phrase are suppressed from future SMS sends where required.

Customers are responsible for collecting valid consent before uploading or sending to contacts.

We share data with infrastructure, communications, analytics, compliance, and support providers only as needed to operate the platform. Carrier, messaging, and registration partners may receive brand, campaign, number, and message information required for compliance and delivery.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the platform, or to investigate suspected abuse.
