By using EasyText, you agree to use the platform only for lawful messaging, marketing, transactional, and customer communication programs with proper recipient consent.

You are responsible for your users, uploaded contacts, content, links, brands, campaigns, sender numbers, and compliance with applicable laws and carrier rules.

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or non-consensual messaging. You may not bypass opt-outs, misrepresent your identity, or send content that violates carrier, provider, or regulatory requirements.

We may pause, reject, throttle, or terminate sending when activity risks compliance, deliverability, platform integrity, or recipient safety.

Brand, campaign, and sender-number registration details must be accurate and complete. Approval by a carrier, aggregator, or provider is not guaranteed.

Customers must keep registration information current and promptly update us if their business, use case, website, opt-in flow, or message content changes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, compliance, operations, or provider requirements.

The service is provided without a guarantee that every message will be delivered, opened, clicked, or accepted by carriers.
